Order cancellation prior to shipping is simple. However once your order has been shipped you won’t be able to cancel the same until it has been received by you. You can process the return once the item arrives and your entire purchase price will be refunded provided the product(s) is undamaged.
When Are Returns Not Accepted?
Before returning the item, you must adhere to a number of specified rules, including:
- The merchandise must be unopened and in mint condition;
- Your merchandise has to be undamaged, intact, and have all tags intact.

We only process your returns through net banking channels, and we maintain stringent data security. We respond to return requests in 3 to 4 working days after receiving them. Any damage must be reported for overseas shipments within three days of the product’s receipt.

Returns and / or refunds for products on sale would be entertained only if the wrong product has been shipped OR if the shipped product is damaged / torn.
